The agreement between you and Lydway.
The service
Lydway finds local businesses matching criteria you describe and scores them for fit. Scores and revenue estimates are informational signals to help you prioritize outreach — they are not guarantees about any business.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person unless agreed otherwise.
Credits and plans
Plans include a set number of leads. Credits are consumed only when you confirm leads, never while browsing search results.
Acceptable use
Use the leads for legitimate business outreach. Do not resell raw lead data, scrape the service, or use it for spam or any unlawful purpose. Complying with the rules that govern your outreach — email, calling, and messaging laws in your region — is your responsibility.
Data accuracy
Lead data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not warrant its accuracy, and you should verify before acting on it.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Changes
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes.
